I was born in Birminghan where I attended grammer school from where I progressed to University and obtained a honours degree in English. I currently teach adults and cover all aspects of literacy and English from basic Skills to "A" Level
I hold various teaching qualifications. In addition to my degree I am also a trained Health and Saftey Officer .
I have completed a foundation course in SHIATSU, which is "healing by touch " and involves manipulating bones and tissue. It also requires an extensive knowledge of the energy meridian systems of the body
I am studying to be a Tai Chi Instructor with the Harmony School of Tai chi and Qi Gong
I am certified to teach the Endorphin Effect, an Holistic approach to happiness devised by William Bloom.
I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation - number 3723P and have lineage back to Mikao Usui.
